INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Our Services are enabled by companion Equipment located in your vehicle. Using this Equipment in conjunction with axiapp, you provide us with, and we may collect, the following types of data:
Vehicle location information only in the event of an incident being detected
Personal Information, including but not limited to, your name, postal address, telephone number, email address, Equipment identification number, date of birth, and motor vehicle insurance details; and
Motor incident related information
ANONYMIZED AND AGGREGATED DATA
We anonymize and aggregate the data we collect across many users and may share this aggregated data with our affiliates, business partners and users. The aggregated data does not identify you personally. We may also disclose aggregated user statistics in order to describe axiapp to current and prospective business partners and to third parties for other lawful purposes. Examples of anonymized and aggregate data include the average number of accidents in a given period of time.
Your Personal Information may be stored and processed in any country where we have facilities or in which we engage service providers, and by using the Service you consent to the transfer of information to countries outside of your country of residence, which may have data protection rules that are different from those of your country.
We ask that you not send us, and you not disclose, any sensitive Personal Information (e.g., national insurance numbers, political opinions, religion or other beliefs, biometrics or genetic characteristics, criminal background, trade union membership, financial information, information regarding racial or ethnic origin; or data concerning health or sex life and sexual orientation) on or through the Service or otherwise to us.
We may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:
- To facilitate our Service;
- To provide the Service on our behalf;
- To perform service-related Services; or
- To assist us in analysing how our Service is used.
We allow these third parties to have access to your Personal Information in order to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
InterResolve Holdings Limited operates in conjunction with all applicable data protection laws for all jurisdictions in which it undertakes any Services and requires any Service Providers to do likewise
USE OF SERVICES BY MINORS
The Service and Equipment are not directed to individuals under the age of seventeen (17), and we request that they not provide Personal Information through the Service unless said individual is representative of an injured party involved in a motor accident recorded by the Service.
IS THERE A WAY TO REMOVE MY INFORMATION?
We store the information described above on our servers. To permanently delete your information, please follow these steps:
Delete axiapp from your smartphone.
Email us at email@example.com and ask us to delete your account. We will then delete your account. Given how our backup systems work, your data may remain in our backups for some time after we delete it from our servers.
